When attempting to purchase tickets online, the system tells me “an account already exists with that email address”.

We have moved to a new ticketing system last year, and if you have purchased tickets with us in the past, your information may have been moved into an account in the new system. Please click the “Password Assistance” button when that message pops up, and you will be directed through the steps to create a password for your account using your email address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What IS THE QUALITY OF THE LIVESTREAMS?

Our livestreams are presented in 1080p high-definition with multiple cameras and broadcast-quality stereo audio. We host our livestreams on YouTube, with unlisted (private) links which are emailed to purchasers on the day of each concert.

Can I watch a livestream at a later time or date?

Unfortunately, the livestreams will only be available for live viewing at the scheduled concert time, and will not be available for archival viewing after the concert.
