  • Hall Rental

    $60/hr or $400/day
    $40/hr or $250/day (registered non-profit organizations)

    Includes use of the main hall, lobby and support spaces, chairs and music stands, and the grand piano

    House Manager (required outside of business hours: M-F 9:30-4:30pm)

    $23/hr (3 hrs. minimum)

    Maintenance Fee

  • Basic Audio rental/setup

    $50 (Includes Yamaha MGP12X Mixer, 2x Bose L1 Compact PA Speakers , 1x Shure SM7B, 2x Shure SM57, 2x Shure SM58 + all stands/cables)

    Basic Projector rental/setup

    $75 (Panasonic PT-VMZ50 projector + 8ft wide Da-Lite Picture King screen)

    Sound Technician

    $50-72.50/hr depending on complexity of setup and day of the week (required for events using TMR equipment beyond the Basic Audio rental package; min. 4 hour call)

    Video/Livestream Technician

    $50/hr (required for events using TMR livestream equipment; min. 4 hour call)

    Liquor License and Service

    To be arranged by renter. You can either apply for a liquor license yourself, or hire a bar service like Golden Service Mobile Bar to take care of the details and bar staffing for you.

    Note: all goods and services provided are subject to the federal Harmonized Sales Tax (15%)

  • Once an estimate has been provided by our staff, a deposit of 25% of the estimated booking total is required to hold a booking. You will be invoiced for any remaining amount after event completion. Please note that the deposit is only fully refundable if a cancellation occurs with at least 30 days notice prior to the date of your event.

  • Max Audience Seating Capacity: 105 (seating is removable). Typical seating is 68 on the ground level, and 37 in the balcony.

    Stage Dimensions are approximately 26 feet wide by 15 feet deep, with upstage being slightly narrower (the grand piano must remain on the stage, but can be tucked in the corner if not being used). A prominent 5 foot-wide catwalk above the stage which runs the full width of the stage is also available for use by request.

    Loading is via the main doors - driveway can be used to temporarily park one car or small van (will not fit a large box truck)

    Support Spaces: A small Green Room is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs, which contains seating for 5, plus a mini fridge and water cooler. A small office space contains an upright piano for performers to warm up. A private washroom for crew and performers is also available.

    Technical Equipment: See full list of equipment here. In addition, we have a large compliment of mic stands and XLR cables, and a 20-channel XLR patch bay in the upstage left corner of the hall with direct connections to our second floor control room. Apart from the equipment listed as part of our Basic Audio Package (see “Additional Service Fees” section above), all listed equipment must be operated by a trained Music Room Technician, unless specific permission is granted by the Technical Director.

    Windows: The main hall features several windows equipped with motorized blackout blinds, allowing for possibility of natural sunlight or full control of lighting.
